Tenacity elite TEAMS

Since 2012, Tenacity Elite Teams (referred to as "National Teams" from 2023-2025) have been bringing together the most gifted, ambitious, hard working, and high performing players in their grad years (4th through 12th grade). While drawing primarily from California and Utah, rosters have expanded to include top players from Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Idaho, Montana, Nevada, Oregon, Texas, Washington, and Wyoming.
At the younger ages, players and their families are looking for more lacrosse outside of the spring season and to compete with and against the best. Players in grades 8 through 12 are interested in playing lacrosse at the highest levels possible, usually meaning NCAA or international teams. Ultimately, elite team members and their families are looking for ways to achieve their highest potential and to access skills that support lifelong mental health and physical fitness.
Elite team members are also full participants in our Sixes Academy, the foundation of our player development programming. Players attend regional one day training camps led by professional players and experienced college coaches and players throughout the year, they compete in a Tenacity-wide Sixes Tournament, and they participate in virtual leadership workshops and supplemental educational webinars. In addition, they have access to Tenacity’s online training video content and opportunities for local individual and small-group training through our extensive network of coaches.
